Shipping & Returns
Candles will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Current processing time before shipping is 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking notification once your item has been shipped. Domestic orders over 13 oz ship 2-3 Day Priority Mail. Orders under 13 oz ship First Class Mail and will take slightly longer.
Unfortunately, I do not currently accept returns. While I know it is extremely difficult to know if you'll enjoy a smell without having the candle in person, please consider gifting your candle to a friend or someone you think would enjoy it.
If your item is lost or damaged during transit, please get in contact with me at email@example.com and I will file a claim and get you a replacement candle sent ASAP! If you have any other concerns, please reach out. I'm here to help!
